Epson XP 15000 series disassembly Exterior Parts

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Housing Front Right

1.  Open the Printer Cover Upper Assy and remove the screw.
2.  Release the two dowels and remove the Housing Front Right

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the two screws and remove the Housing Front Upper.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Housing Left Assy

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3.  Remove the two screws securing the Housing Left Assy.
4.  Slide the Housing Left Assy in the direction of the arrow to release the six hooks, and remove it.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Housing Right Assy

1. Remove the Housing Front Right.
2. Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3. Remove the two screws securing the Housing Right Assy.
4. Slide the Housing Right Assy in the direction of the arrow to release the six hooks, and remove it.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Housing Front Left

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3.  Remove the Housing Left Assy.
4.  Remove the two screws securing the Housing Front Left.
5.  Release the two hooks to remove the Cover Open Sensor Assy.
6.  Release the PS Assy Cable and remove the Housing Front Left.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Housing Rear Upper

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3.  Remove the Housing Left Assy.
4.  Remove the Housing Right Assy.
5.  Disconnect the connector on the Wi-Fi Board
6.  Release the Cover Open Sensor Cable from the Hooks on the WiFi Board Holder.
7.  Slide the Housing Rear Upper in the direction of the arrow to release the hook and remove it.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Printer Cover Upper Assy

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3.  Remove the Housing Left Assy.
4.  Remove the Housing Right Assy.
5.  Remove the Housing Rear Upper.
6.  Remove the three screws and remove the Printer Cover Upper Assy.

Epson XP 15000 15010 15080 Removing the Rail Guide Frame

1.  Remove the Housing Front Right.
2.  Remove the Housing Front Upper.
3.  Remove the Housing Left Assy.
4.  Remove the Housing Right Assy.
5.  Remove the Housing Rear Upper.
6.  Remove the Printer Cover Upper Assy.
7.  Remove the two screws on the bottom and remove the Rail Guide Frame.
