Error case of Epson XP-15000/15010/15080 after power is ON (p3)

After 2 posts of Epson XP 15000 | Epson XP 15010 | Epson XP 15080 ‘s while powering ON. This is the last post for the power ON troubleshooting of these printer.

Epson XP 15000, 15010, 15080 error about CR reciprocation

CR Unit reciprocates two times quickly when environmental temperature is lower than 5°C or when initial charge is not performed yet.

Solution for: “Paper jam error occurred” or “Fatal Error of CR system occurred” on Epson XP15000

• Check if there is any obstacle in the CR motion range.
• Check if the CR Motor gets stuck somewhere when moved by hand.
• Check if any heavy load exists in the CR motion range.
  Note: Perform the corresponding repair

APG is Switched? on Epson XP15000 cause by:

• APG Switching Wheel Train movement failure
• APG Sensor, APG Sensor FFC failure
• CR mechanism failure

**When APG Sensor Broke, the CR Unit moves up and down five times and then stops at PG-, but no error occurs then.

Solution for this case:

1. Check the APG Wheel Train for any obstacles in the Main Frame or any stuck points.
2. Check disconnection/breakage of the APG Sensor FFC, or replace the FFC.
3. Replace the APG Assy.

Epson XP15000 work with Inksystem operation getting error messages

a. Ink Cartridge recognization error

Message error:

• “Ink Cartridge is not installed correctly.”
• “Cannot recognize Ink Cartridge. Try installing again.”

Solution for these error on Epson XP15000:

• Check the installation of the Ink Cartridge.
• Check the Ink Cartridge remaining.
• Check the contact point problem of the CSIC.
• Replace the CSIC Cable.
• Replace the CSIC Board.
• Replace the Main Board.

b. Ink replacement

You just replace the Ink Cartridge for the printer

c. Maintenance error T3361

Message code T3361 :  “Maintenance Box is at the end of its service life.” T3361

Solution on fixing Epson XP15000: Your Maintenance Box on Epson XP15000 is need to replace by a new one from now

Epson XP15000 with “SYSTEM ERROR 202620″: the Wi-fi board

The error will occur about five to six seconds after the last operation is compete.
