This is list error when your printer’s Power is ON

Power ON with error 31006

• Error code: 031006
• Possible Cause:
  • Blowout of a fuse of the Main Board
  • Circuit error due to the abnormality of the CRCM Board
• How to fix error 031006?:
  1. Confirm the contact points around the CSIC
  2. Check disconnection/breakage of the FFC
  3. Replace the Main Board

• Error code: 031004
• Possible Cause: “Detects abnormality of the Head Thermistor“.
• How to fix error 031004?
  1. Check disconnection, breakage, slant connection, or damage contact of the Head FFC.
  2. Print head is broken.
  3. Replace the Main Board

• Paper jam when Power ON
• Paper jammed in the inside the printer
• Possible Cause: PE Sensor adjustment value abnormality
• How to fix printer when paper jam?
  • Check if the PE Sensor is broken, or its cable is disconnected, broken or connected at an angle.
  • Replace the Main Board.

Power ON but its maintenance error

Error with the message: “The Maintenance Box is at the end of its service file“.
How to fix is error?: Just replace the Maintenance Box and you won’t take this error

Error in the box: “The printer’s borderless printing ink pad has reached the end of its service life“.
This is the “Borderless maintenance error“
Need to “Reset the Borderless Waste Ink Pad Counter.” and restart.
