Note: The irregular power supply detection error (Error code 0900) of the low-voltage power supply PCB occurs when there is a large distortion in the power supply voltage supplied to the machine. In this case, if the same power supply is used, the same error might occur again even if the low-voltage power supply PCB ASSY is replaced. For this reason, be sure to ask the user to rearrange the installation environment.

- Description: After the error was detected at the fuser unit, power was turned ON again and the error is being checked. (If power is turned OFF and ON after error code 6901 occurred, this code is displayed for about 15 minutes.)

1. Turn off a printer
2. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel/Stop button
3. Press and hold the ON button (do not release both buttons)
4. Release the Resume/Cancel/Stop button (do not release the ON button)
5. While holding the ON button, press the Resume/Cancel/Stop button 5 times, then release both the ON and Resume/Cancel/Stop buttons together.
– Canon printer in service mode: computer detects new hardware, led on printer goes green light.
